Intrapreneurship conclave is our annual flagship event and a macro level initiative. Through the platform, we facilitate a discourse on the growing importance of internal innovation and winning workforce cultures. We aim to inspire ideation and new thinking by fostering an intrapreneurial spirit in organizations. The Conclave brings together an exclusive community that is working passionately to help organizations monetize innovative ideas and unlock growth potential.

Building winning cultures through Inclusion and Intrapreneurship and guiding future ready workplaces has been the forte of Unfold Consulting for over 8 years. A key initiative towards this end is our newly formed collaboration with Global Intrapreneurs Institute, Australia to build Intrapreneurial capabilities within organizations. Unfold has achieved significant milestones along the way. One of them is the Intrapreneurship Knowledge hub, the only digital community for intrapreneurs to build, explore and engage which was launched in Oct 2021. The other milestone is Vanguard Awards, the first-ever cross - industry recognition and reward program for Intrapreneurs in India, has been scaled for recognition across sectors -Companies, Academia, Social Sector and; Startups.
Unfold has hosted five conclaves since 2017 and every conclave has featured multiple power packed sessions through case studies from Innovators across domains, leadership panels, fireside chats, masterclasses, roundtables, and more for participants to engage, experience, and learn.
